I am the founder of ENERGY HOUSE, a personal and professional success support institute that has been helping people all over the world to live better for 7 years.

My coworkers and students often use words like "commitment," "support," "altruism," and "awareness" to describe me. I believe that I cannot teach techniques that I do not apply in real life with passion.

My true calling is a commitment to personal and professional growth. I want to integrate knowledge from NLP, Reiki, Mindfulness, meditation and medicine in an original way, and make them useful in everyday life. I graduated from the Faculty of Medicine, worked in a corporation, so my rich experience actually gives a special charm to education.

I wrote two books: "Life is like a football game" and "Both sides of love". I hope my words inspire others to discover the richness and joy of life.

What is Mindfulness:

Mindfulness is a technique of conscious attention that involves deliberately directing attention to the present moment, without judgment or analysis. It involves awareness of one's thoughts, feelings, sensations and surroundings, allowing them to pass without attachment to them. This practice has been adapted for application in the modern world of fast-paced lifestyles.

In clinical practice, mindfulness is used as an effective tool for managing stress, anxiety and depression. It helps clients develop awareness skills about their thoughts and feelings, enabling them to distance themselves from negative or harmful thought patterns. Also, this technique can help reduce symptoms of post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and improve general mental well-being.

Through the regular practice of mindfulness, clients can develop better emotional regulation, greater self-confidence and an increased ability to face the challenges of everyday life. Mindfulness is often combined with therapeutic approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) to achieve the best therapeutic outcome.
